Digibadger (VAT ID: FI27309569), a sole proprietor, sells products on WunderVinyl.com e-commerce service to adult individuals and businesses around the world.
 
Pricing
 
The prices of the products in online store are shown without value added taxes. In the checkout page you can see the amount of value added tax in your order.
 
If you are a consumer from European Union, the value added tax will be automatically added to the total sum of your order.
 
If you are purchasing from outside of European Union, value added tax or other taxes will not be added to your order in our online store.
 
If you are purchasing as a company, you can remove the value added tax from your order by typing your EU VAT number in the checkout page (Intra-Community supply). Value added tax will only be removed, if your company and delivery address are located in the same EU country and if they are also located in different EU country than the seller (Finland).
 
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
 
In the event of obvious typographical or calculation errors in WunderVinyl.com online store, we are not obliged to supply products and services in accordance with this incorrect information.
 
How can I place an order?
 
Products are ordered on the online store by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart on the checkout page.
 
You can also pay your order with a proforma invoice. In this case, contact our sales team with email or phone and ask them to make a proforma invoice for you.
 
All customer information is treated confidentially. Information collected in connection with an order will not be used for any purpose other than the delivery of the order and the clarification of any ambiguities therein, unless otherwise stated.
 
When ordering from the online store, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery in force at the time.
 
Payment and payment methods
 
In WunderVinyl.com online store you can pay by Paypal. In Paypal, you can also pay your order without an Paypal account. You don’t have to have money in your paypal account, as you can pay with your linked payment cards. Payments in Paypal are processed in the same way whether you pay with Paypal balance or with payment card. The payment will be confirmed with your Paypal email address and password. 
 
When paying in Paypal, your delivery address must match with the address you are using in your Paypal account.
 
Order and payment confirmation
 
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. To receive confirmation messages, you must have provided your email address when placing your order. Please check your spam folder first if you have not received the message.
 
We aim to send the order as soon as we have received confirmation from the payment service that the payment has been accepted.
 
Delivery methods, times and rates
 
You can see the delivery costs for your order on the Checkout pages after you have typed in your delivery address.
 
We deliver orders by default with GLS EuroBusinessParcel. You can see delivery times, delivery rates and other delivery information from Shipping rates & times page.
 
We are not responsible for delays caused by Force Majeure, nor are we responsible for delays to delivery caused exceptionally by the logistics company. Exceptional delivery times will be communicated on the website’s product page.
 
If the delivery time is unexpectedly extended, we will contact the customer and provide new estimated delivery date. The customer will have the possibility to cancel the order, in which case we will refund the money paid within 14 days.
 
General liability for defects in the goods
 
As a seller of goods, the WunderVinyl.com online store is subject to the general liability for defects in goods as defined in Finnish law, Chapter 5 of the Consumer Protection Act. The seller is liable for any defects in the goods at the time of delivery.
 
A defect is presumed to have existed in the goods when the risk passes to the buyer if it appears in the goods within the first six months, unless the presumption is contrary to the nature of the goods.
 
The defect must always be notified as soon as possible and may be notified within 2 months from the date on which the defect was discovered by the buyer.
 
Right of withdrawal and refund conditions
 
As a consumer, you have the right under the Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order or receiving the consignment.
 
Cancellation must be made in written form and must include customer’s name, address, date of order and the products ordered. A cancellation notification must be sent to our email address (info@wundervinyl.com), or by post to the address below.
 
The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of the cancellation notice in its original condition and packaging. The return costs are always the responsibility of the customer. The customer must also ensure that the product is carefully packed in its original packaging so that it can withstand the transportation.
 
Attach a copy of the cancellation notice to the return. Please also include your name, address and IBAN account number in the cancellation notice. We will refund your payment in full within 14 days after receiving the cancelled order contents.
 
We reserve the right to charge you the amount of reduced value of the returned goods, if the value reduction have happened because of the cancelling party’s failure to handle and pack the goods properly.

Note! The address card and electronic data of the return must include the above phone number and e-mail address in order for us to receive the return.
 
Unclaimed parcel
 
Not picking up your parcel from the pick-up point is not the same as a cancellation. For unclaimed parcels, we reserve the right to charge 40 euros for the return costs incurred by us.
 
Problems within delivery
 
If a product is lost or damaged during the delivery process, you must inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the product.
